Centerset and mini-widespread faucets are both designed for sinks with pre-drilled 4” holes. Some single-hole faucets include covers that allow you to use them on a sink with 4” pre-drilled holes. If you have one of the other types, though, you are best in choosing that same replacement.
While these units aren’t made of stone, porcelain or tile, they can still offer the look of those expensive products (without the cost, of course) and can easily be installed without the need of hiring a professional. In addition, you can purchase a bottom of the line unit and dress it up by using high quality fixtures, such as polished chrome faucets, rain making shower heads and more. The bottom line is, you don’t have to spend a fortune or break your back on labor to achieve a look that you can be proud of.
